Meet Wendy Cox

I know how it feels to be overweight and how daunting it can be to join a fitness class.
Until January 2006 I weighed 17st 3lb and I succeeded in shedding six stone,
even becoming Rosemary Conley Regional Simmer of the year.
I even had to buy trainers for my first class!
I had the goal of a family holiday in the summer and I was determined not to feel fat and frumpy by the pool.

I managed to stay focused and was motivated by my determination being rewarded by a weekly weight loss. I enjoyed my holiday that year and continued to lose weight when I came back, until I reached my goal weight in January 2007. By continuing to follow a sensible healthy eating plan and exercising regularly, I have succeeded in maintaining my weight for the last seven years .

If I can do it so can you!
